Curated Los Angeles offers this website, including all information, products, features, tools, and services available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing merchandise, submitting a custom-jewelry inquiry, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all website visitors and customers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have authorized any minor dependent under your supervision to use this website.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any applicable laws, including intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, or export laws.

You may not introduce viruses, malicious code, or other technology intended to disrupt or damage the website, Shopify’s platform, or another user’s experience.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, measurements, photographs, and availability. However, minor errors or differences may occur.

Jewelry photographs may appear larger than actual size to show detail. Colors and finishes may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device or display settings.

Measurements, carat weights, gemstone weights, dimensions, and other specifications may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Many of our pieces are handmade or incorporate natural gemstones, pearls, diamonds, or other materials. Natural variations in color, pattern, clarity, texture, inclusions, shape, and size are expected and are not necessarily defects.

Because we carry limited-production, one-of-a-kind, vintage, independently designed, and handmade jewelry, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or promotional errors.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Products may be discontinued or become unavailable at any time. We may limit the quantities sold to any person, household, geographic region, or order.

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing or fulfillment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, placed for resale, or associated with inaccurate payment or account information.

If we cancel or modify an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, duties, customs charges, and other government-imposed fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom jewelry, personalized or engraved pieces, special orders, resized merchandise, and altered jewelry are created or modified specifically for the customer and are final sale.

Custom-design renderings, sketches, computer-aided designs, models, stone selections, and production details require customer approval before production begins. Once approved, changes may result in additional charges and extended production timelines.

Deposits and design fees may be nonrefundable once design work, material sourcing, stone purchasing, fabrication, or production has begun.

Production and delivery dates for custom and special orders are estimates. Timing may be affected by designer schedules, material availability, stone sourcing, fabrication requirements, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Curated Los Angeles retains ownership of its original custom-design concepts, drawings, renderings, and production materials.

SECTION 7 — RING SIZING AND ALTERATIONS

Customers are responsible for providing or approving the requested ring size.

Sizing results may vary depending on the ring’s width, design, materials, construction, and the customer’s personal fit preference. Certain rings cannot be resized or may have limited sizing options.

Resized or altered merchandise is final sale. Additional alterations requested after the customer approves or receives the piece may be subject to additional charges.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, processing, insurance, signature requirements, delivery estimates, international orders, and lost or damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing or has shipped.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, refunds, store credits, final-sale merchandise, and return-shipping requirements are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with that policy.

Eligible in-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit only within 10 days of purchase.

Custom, personalized, engraved, special-order, resized, altered, sale, and final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

SECTION 10 — REPAIRS AND JEWELRY CARE

Repair availability, pricing, and estimated completion times are determined after inspection.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, and damage caused by third parties are not considered manufacturing defects.

Any warranty provided by a designer or manufacturer is subject to that designer’s or manufacturer’s terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Jewelry should not be mailed to Curated Los Angeles for repair, return, or inspection without prior authorization.

SECTION 11 — WEBSITE INFORMATION

Information provided through this website is intended for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Historical information may be provided for reference. We may update or correct website content at any time.

Designer names, product images, and trademarks may belong to their respective owners.

Except for confidential customer information and custom-design materials governed by a separate written agreement, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you voluntarily submit for the purpose for which it was provided.

By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer service.
